No sense having it if we can't use it, right? What good would be eating a ton of spinach if your body could not use it in a way that would benefit you. We all want our efforts to pay off with big dividends, especially in the form of weight loss and no more mood swings.

And all we have to do is implement these simple strategies on a consistent basis and you will be on the way to where you want to be. And by building them in on a daily basis, they will be become such ingrained habits, you won't even have to think about them anymore. You can spend your time doing something pleasurable for you.
